im trying to cancel my contract but whenever i go to my app it wont let me and says oops somethings gone wrong is there another way of cancelling my contract

I want to cancel my contract but whenever i go to my app and try cancelling it says oops somethings gone wrong is there another way of cancelling it?

    Yes sian w thankyou iv got it sorted i will be rejoining again soon i was just trying it out see what its like and im happy amd will be joining again soon
