d I've been trying to pay ot since yesterday but every time it's processed it says there's an error! I don't know what else to do, I need my phone back on!

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been stuck trying to get this sorted, if the payment is failing when you try online, here are a few alternative ways you can complete it:

 

  • By phone: You can call our automated payment line on 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777, or simply dial 7777 from your iD Mobile handset. This will guide you through making a secure payment over the phone.
  • Try a different payment method: If the error keeps appearing, it’s worth trying a different bank card (for example, a different debit/credit card) as sometimes payments can be blocked by your bank for security reasons.
  • Check with your bank: Occasionally, your bank may decline a payment even if funds are available, so it may help to quickly check with them as well.
