imessage and FaceTime doesnt work

Good afternoon,my FaceTime and IMessage is not working,I have tried all the steps which I redid on your web and on apple web,and it is still not working

    What steps would those be?

    I have turned it on and off, checked the number is correct, put in number again and turned it on and off…
