Please can you advise me as to increase my credit limit. I’m abroad and reach my bill cap of £25 but can’t increase the bill cap as it’s blocked by the credit limit?

Once we’re able to reach you, we can review everything, including the SIM delivery, billing, and the court notice, and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
To increase your credit limit in the iD Mobile app, please try the following steps:
Open the iD Mobile app and log in.
Tap My Account.
Select Manage plan / Spending cap.
Choose Credit limit / Bill cap.
Adjust the limit to your preferred amount and confirm the changes.
If the option is blocked while you’re abroad, you may need to clear any outstanding charges or wait until the current billing cycle updates before changes can be made.
