increase credit limit

Please can you advise me as to increase my credit limit. I’m abroad and reach my bill cap of £25 but can’t increase the bill cap as it’s blocked by the credit limit?

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, we understand how frustrating this must be, especially after paying for a service you weren’t able to use and struggling to get it resolved. Once we’re able to reach you, we can review everything, including the SIM delivery, billing, and the court notice, and work towards a resolution as quickly as possible.
 

To increase your credit limit in the iD Mobile app, please try the following steps:

Open the iD Mobile app and log in.

Tap My Account.

Select Manage plan / Spending cap.

Choose Credit limit / Bill cap.

Adjust the limit to your preferred amount and confirm the changes.
 

If the option is blocked while you’re abroad, you may need to clear any outstanding charges or wait until the current billing cycle updates before changes can be made.
