Just got the 26ultra from id but unsure if insurance is included with the monthly plan??

Thank you for your po post. As mentioned by ​@Decembersangel72  insurance isn’t included as standard with iD Mobile plans. You do receive a 12-month warranty with your handset, but this only covers mechanical faults and does not include loss, theft, or accidental damage.

 

If you do want cover for those situations, you would need to arrange separate insurance through a third-party provider, your bank account benefits, or your home contents insurance. It would be best to contact those providers directly to check what cover you may already have or what options are available to you.
