I have been through all the messages and answers from other users and ID mobile. The countries, Spain and South Africa I have checked. I have international Selected on my set up, I have £10 as an extra set up To cover the cost and yet I still cannot do this. Getting really frustrated going around and round in circles

Yes I have £10 bill cap and yes I definitely am using correct numbers and country codes. It also doesn’t allow me to send pictures - it’s should allow me and take the costs of my bill cap?

If you are in the UK trying to call/text Spain and South Africa can you try the codes below:
When you contact South Africa, make sure you enter this dial code.
International dialling code: 0027 or +27.
When you contact Spain, make sure you enter this dial code.
International dialling code: 0034 or +34.
