interrupted calls

Listen iv had this phone for a year and a half. I’m missing important telephone calls I can never get on my face book this is becoming a joke.

    I’m really sorry to hear this. I understand how frustrating it must be, especially if you’re missing important calls and can’t properly use apps like Facebook. Let’s try to get this sorted for you.

     

    Please try the following:

    Restart your phone
    Turn Airplane mode ON for 30 seconds, then OFF
    Check you have signal bars showing (4G/5G)
    Make sure Mobile Data is switched ON
    Go to Settings > Network Selection and set it to Automatic


    If possible, test your SIM in another phone to see if the issue follows
