Invoice needed for new upgrade in order to claim free Samsung phone

Hi

Samsung has requested an invoice, for my new phone upgrade, as proof of purchase in order for me to claim the free Samsung watch offer.

Can you please supply one?

Hey there ​@Colin Earby, you should’ve received an invoice via your email from us when you first joined. Have you not received this?

I've been with ID Mobile fkr years but never received an invoice when I upgraded on te 2nd July......I only received a delivery note from DPD which Samsung won't accept as proof of purchase

Hi

Samsung has requested an invoice, for my new phone upgrade, as proof of purchase in order for me to claim the free Samsung GO. Done live chat and was told,  I will receive an email within 24 hours, still no invoice. This is Unacceptable, and I should have received an invoice, as soon as I upgraded.
