We're sorry to hear that your calls are going straight to voicemail, even after changing your handset and moving to an eSIM.

As you've already checked the obvious troubleshooting steps, we'd recommend trying the following:

• Restart your handset.
• Toggle Airplane Mode on for 60 seconds, then switch it off.
• Ensure Do Not Disturb and any Call Forwarding settings are disabled.
• Check that the eSIM is active and selected as the primary line for calls.
• Manually reconnect to the network:
  • Go to Network Settings
  • Turn off Automatic Network Selection
  • Select Three UK manually
  • Re-enable Automatic Selection
• Reset your network settings.
