Is a Google Pixel 10 suppported to work on 5G with the ID mobile network?

I have just moved onto ID mobile with a new Google Pixel 10. It is only working on 4G. It is not on the list of 5G supported phones. When will it work on 5G?

Hey there @Duncs58, all of our SIM cards come 5G enabled, so as long as your phone allows 5G, it should work. However, 5G is area dependent.

Hi @Tyler C , many thanks for your answer, very helpful indeed. I have checked my Postcode which is in the Swanage area of Dorset. It looks like there is no 5G in that area. Hopefully it will not be too long before it comes, perhaps following the turning off of 3G?
