Is it possible to activate my ID number as contract got expired 6 weeks ago

Hi, 

 

I was wondering if its possible to reactivate my old mobile number as my contract got expired on 22nd April 2026.

We’re sorry to hear that your contract has now ended and you’re looking to reactivate your old number.

 

Please note that once an account has been fully disconnected, we are unfortunately unable to reactivate the number or restore the old account.

 

If you would like to continue using iD Mobile services, you would need to set up a new SIM Only or handset contract and you may be able to request a new number or transfer a number from another network using a PAC code.
