I keep getting phone calls and messages saying I have contacted then when I havent. They have also send me screen shots of my number being used. Is someone cloning my number and using it?

Could you please try the following:
Restart your device
Check for any unknown apps or call forwarding settings on your phone
Make sure your device software is fully up to date
It would also be really helpful if you could contact us directly via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and forward us the screenshots you’ve received, along with details of the calls/messages (dates, times, and numbers if possible), so we can investigate this further.
If, after our investigation, there are any signs of number misuse or security concerns, we may need to discuss securing your account further, which could include changing your number as a precaution.
We’ll do everything we can to avoid that and keep you updated throughout the process.
