issues after upgrade

I’ve upgraded today and was told the 10gb upgrade would be upgraded via a loyalty bonus to unlimited as I was on that before, 

however in my app it says I’ve go 8-1gb left of 10gb.

the next page says I have a loyalty add on but what happens when I deplete that bar and it goes to 0?

Thank you for reaching out. Please note that once you have used your standard monthly data allowance, your unlimited data add-on will then begin automatically, allowing you to continue using mobile data in line with your plan’s terms and conditions.

So when it goes to zero I will be able to still use data at no cost?

why not just change that page to unlimited as that’s what I essentially have? And how does that work for roaming abroad

Hi ​@Mspoole91,

 

That is correct yes, you will still receive a text stating that you have reached your limit, however the unlimited bundle will kick in automatically. 

 

When roaming within the 50 EU states, you would be limited to 30GB of data, as per the fair usage policy. Out of the included EU countries, you would need to purchase either a roaming bundle, increase your bill cap or purchase a local SIM to stay connected.
