issues since getting new esim

Bought a new eSIM for family member, switched number from giff gaff, transferred last week and been having issues with text messages and phone calls. Not been able to set up the id account as no code or text messages being received from id mobile - tried everything! And not happy

Yeah it was. Fixed now as I had to revert to an actual SIM card instead of eSIM
