issues with SMS iPhone 16 pro max

Has anyone got an iPhone 16 pro max using id mobile and experienced issues with SmS messages?

The phone can send an sms but then afterwards I get a message saying the message failed to send even though it was received by the recipient. I can’t however receive text messages.

I’ve followed all advice from Apple and Dr Google to no avail and even done a hard reset.

ive tried the sim in another iPhone but the same results occur. ID mobile fobbed me off to Apple the other day so before I go back to them tomorrow, has anyone had similar issues?

If you’ve tried your existing SIM card in a different handset and the issue persists, consider ordering a replacement SIM.
