It has been 120 days since my ID mobile purchase, and the £32 gift card included in the purchase offer has not been sent. When might this be sent please?

It has been 120 days since my ID mobile purchase, and the £32 gift card included in the purchase offer has not been sent. When might this be sent please?

I have all relevant emails detailing the purchase and reference to the link from which it was bought.
