Hello, I have just purchased 2 new iPhones for my kids and a new sim for my wife who has been in hospital with a severe brain injury for nearly 5 months. I pay for all of our 4 phones. The new sim has given my wife a new number but we need her old number to be the one associated with the new sim. Can you help? Thx, Julian

Welcome to the Community!

If you purchased a new SIM instead of upgrading you can’t move the number from one account to another.

However you can look at triangle port where you move the old number to a different network. Once the number is with the new network you can request a PAC and port it back in to replace the new iD Mobile number.
