Just Eat (employment) OTP not being received

iPhone Air, iOS26.2

Just joined a couple of days ago, ported my number over from sky. I work for Just Eat and need SMS OTP’s to login to my account. I am not receiving these codes despite going through all the suggestions in the help section. I can verify my ported number is showing in imessages, facetime etc and I am receiving OTP’s from other apps eg. the NHS App.

As I am still within my 14 day cooling off period, I may have to cancel my contract as I am unable to work because of this.
