GROSSLY UNFAIR THAT FRIENDS i RECOMMENED TO ID MOBILE HAVE BEEN GIVEN 50GB R/O DATA PLAN AT THE SAME PRICE AS I AM PAYING BUT MINE IS ONLY 30GB R/O

You get what you signed up for. Don’t like the plan you have, change it! Oh, and don’t spam the board. Doing so won’t get you support any quicker, and your posts could be deleted.

1st time messaging ever & just got my 1st SIM contract [disabled & severe nickel allergy so cannot touch things etc but need it for hospital appointments etc] - & usure how these things work & clumsily enquiring that 2 weeks after getting my 30GB data plan - 4 friends I recommended all joined & each got 50GB data plan @ the same price. Was enquiring how can one get this looked at by ID C/S or someone may be able to suggest any other solution. Did I flood the board with my enquiry, damn - sorry - never realised I had done that. It goes without saying that I got what I signed up for - no issue there & that was all processed correctly and the service works fine. Was just an enquiry and to seek if there were any solutions available as there is no physical C/S to call.

Exactly when did you sign up for your plan and what was the minimum term? Oh, and where did you sign up (e.g iD Mobile website)?

Hi Paul,

A relative signed me up in early Oct’25 for 24 Months 30GB ++ ID SIM Only & four of my recommended friends signed up for the same package but given 50GB ++ in late Oct’25 for 24 months - all through mobiles.co.uk & mine was purely driven mostly by medical necessity & by monthly price considerations, given my financial state & as relayed ID service is fine.

I am completely lost with these things & they frighten the life outta me, I tell you.
