I keep losing data connection. If there was no WiFi widely available I'd be in serious trouble. When I restart my phone I am back on the network. This happens on a daily basis. My phone is fairly new (Brand is Nothing 2E) which makes me think my SIM card (10 years old) might be giving up the ghost. Anyone else having the same issue? Can someone advise or help to resolve this?

I’m really sorry you’re experiencing daily data drops. I completely understand how worrying it is, especially if you depend on mobile data when Wi-Fi isn’t available.
If you are with iD Mobile, please try these quick checks on your Nothing Phone 2E:
Restart your phone when connection drops
Turn Airplane Mode ON for 30 seconds → OFF to refresh network registration
Go to Settings → Network → Set network selection to Automatic
Check that Data Roaming is ON
If possible, test the SIM in another unlocked phone (your 10-year-old SIM may be worn)
If the issue keeps happening, please send me your postcode and confirm whether calls/texts are also affected, and I’ll check network performance in your area.

I have tried it on another device with the same effect, on a Moto G model. I am now certain the ID SIM card I have since 2015 needs replacing. I checked the Leighton Buzzard postcode on your site and it shows I have good 4G coverage. How do we get me a new SIM card with my existing number?
