Hi, I’ve bought a new phone with a new ID Mobile eSim, how do I transfer my old ID mobile eSIM telephone number over?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile does not currently support internal number transfers between two iD Mobile accounts/plans. This means the old iD Mobile number cannot be transferred onto a brand new iD Mobile eSIM plan.

     

    If you wanted to keep your existing iD Mobile number, the new phone would normally need to be taken as an upgrade on the existing plan rather than as a separate new account.

     

    However, if you are simply wanting to move your existing iD Mobile eSIM onto the new phone as a replacement eSIM, our Live Chat team will be able to assist you with this.
