keeping my number

Hello I have recently taken out a new contract with iD and would like to move my old number from Lebara. I have the PAC code etc and have entered it all into the form for keeping my number however it is coming up with an error message each time I submit it.

-Double-check that the PAC code, mobile number, and personal details match exactly what is registered with Lebara.

-Ensure that your old account is active and not cancelled before the port.

-Try submitting the form again after clearing your browser cache or using a different device/browser.
