Yes, you can keep your current number when switching over to iD Mobile, all you need to do is request a PAC code from your current provider. Once you’ve got it, you can give it to iD Mobile and we’ll take care of moving your number across.

Sorry I've made a mistake saying sky.

I am on an id mobile contract and changed to another id contract and they won't let me keep my number because it's not an upgrade.

Thanks for the update, however I am so sorry to let you know that we’re unable to complete internal number transfers, and we cannot merge or convert plans together.

To clarify your options, the only way to keep your number would be to upgrade on the original plan linked to that number. If you wish to continue using your original number, you would need to return the plan associated with the new number. 

If you’re happy to lose the original number, you are able to cancel the old plan and you can continue using the new one as normal. Alternatively, if you would like to keep your number but not continue with either plan as they are, you do have the option to transfer your number to another network provider.
