How do I get proof of purchase on my new phone I ordered as an upgrade through id mobile. I need to to claim the laptop but was forwarded to a company called mobile.co.uk, who then sent me back to id mobile as I have the contract through them. Seems very difficult to get what is needed for the free gift, almost as if they don't want you to have it 🤔
