Do I have to give any notice to cancel my contract, 12 month contract ending 24/10/2025

    I will wish to switch my existing number to new provider so how does the 30 day notice period work with getting a PAC code?

    Hi there ​@Bill Rowland, the 30-days notice is for disconnections only. With a PAC code, you can request and use it when you like. If you leave before your minimum term is over, you’d be charged the termination fee for the amount of days you’ve left earlier.

    If my contract started on 11th November when will it end? When can I cancel it without being charged?

    You should give iD Mobile the required 30-day notice to cancel your plan 30 days before the above date ​@jasonjh22.
