i want to leave IDMobile , but my phone for this sim isn’t working and to leave you have to receive a code on your phone, which isn’t working, so how do I do it, been rumbling on for months now, but really need to get to the bottom of it. thanks Andrew

Hi @aselway.

Thanks for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it can be when your phone isn’t working and you’re trying to leave your account.

Here are the ways you can cancel your service:

STAC code: Cancels your account immediately without keeping your number. You’ll need to provide the STAC code to any other network you’re switching to. Please only choose this if you can provide the code to another provider.

PAC code: Lets you transfer your number to a different network.

30-day disconnection: Allows you to keep using your service for 30 days before your contract officially ends.

Since your phone isn’t working and you need to get this sorted, please contact our Live Chat team directly, via https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat and they’ll help you process your disconnection.
