Hi I've been trying to upgrade for 4 days now .
I've been close a few times but I keep getting cutting off from live chat .
Around 30 times and around 7 hours I've spent trying .
The signals very poor with id mobile in my area for the last few months .
They said due to a outage .
As I was told to phone which I did but they couldn't hear me properly and wouldn't offer me the same deal as online they requested an additional amount £50 .
So I'm back to live chat been a hour so far .
Not even been able to get through to anyone I get cut off before now .
Anyone else experiencing these issues ?

As this is the worse customer care via live chat I've ever experienced.
