Yes, you can continue using iD Mobile in Cyprus, and if you’re eligible, you can move onto a SIM-only plan rather than upgrading to another handset.

However, it’s important to keep our Fair Usage Policy in mind. Inclusive Roaming is intended for UK customers who are travelling abroad temporarily, rather than customers who are permanently living overseas.

If, within a 4-month period, you spend 63 days or more in our Inclusive Roaming destinations, additional roaming charges may be applied. You would normally be notified before these additional charges begin.

As you’ve now moved permanently to Cyprus, this is something you’ll need to consider if you intend to continue using your iD Mobile plan long-term.
