Where is the unsupported location - what says the location is unsupported?

Please be assured that this doesn’t necessarily mean your phone has left the country. This issue can sometimes occur if your device’s location settings, VPN, or network provider’s IP address are being routed through another country.

To help resolve this, please try the following:

Check VPN settings: Ensure that any VPN or proxy service is turned off.

Restart your device to refresh your network connection.

Verify your location settings: Make sure location services are enabled and set to the UK.

Confirm your mobile network
