My daughter has run out of data and can’t receive texts for verification, what are her options ?

Sorry to hear that your daughter has run out of data. You can easily purchase a data add-on for her by logging into your iD Mobile online account. Here’s how to do it:

How to Purchase Add-Ons

Step 1:
Go to the Plan section by tapping “Plan” at the bottom of the navigation bar, between Bills and More.
If you already have an add-on, it will be displayed at the bottom of your plan details.
Tap View add-ons below the Change my plan button.

Step 2:
The add-on screen will load, allowing you to review the available add-ons.

Step 3:
Select the add-on you want to purchase. You’ll see a Confirm your purchase screen. Tap Confirm to proceed, or Cancel if you want to choose something else. Once the purchase is complete, you’ll see a Thanks for your purchase screen—just tap Done to finish.
