login issues with my number

I am registered with id mobile but when I login my email and password works but adding my number doesn’t work . It says it’s not registered

Hi @Idmobile148,

Thanks for getting in touch.

When registering your account, you’ll need to use the temporary mobile number that was originally provided to you by iD Mobile.

If you’re trying to register using a number that you’re transferring over from another network, the number transfer will need to be fully completed first. Once the transfer has completed, you should then be able to use that number with your iD Mobile account.
