Hi

I recently upgraded my phone and ID contract, but I appear to have lost my rolled over saved data from my previous contract, is this normal?

Hey there ​@Mozza73, that is normal I’m afraid, as per our rollover terms. If you upgrade or change plan, all saved data rollover is lost, and you can begin building it up again from the first month of the new plan.
