Help. I have just transferred a phone number from O2 using a Stac number by mistake and as a result I have lost my old number. I am now with ID. How can I recover my old number?

Your best bet is to contact your old provider (O2) immediately, explain the error, and see if they can retrieve the number or issue you a PAC before it's permanently gone, though it's often difficult once the STAC is processed.

Thank you for your reply. I have spoken to O2 who said the old pac number should be given to ID mobile. However the transfer has already happened under Stac. Can this be corrected once the transfer has been completed using Stac.
