Making and Receiving calls

Hi everyone I need some help. I’m new to this forum.

 

over the last 2 weeks I’ve been struggling to make calls and receive calls. When I do a full reset it allows me to make a call but soon after revert back to the same old thing. My wife and daughter have the same ID and are the same. 
 

we have the latest update and have iPhone 16 pro

 

any help would be great

We are sorry to hear that your network has not been proper. 

 

Have you tried doing a network reset?

  1. Open Settings
  1. Tap General
  1. Scroll down and tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
  1. Tap Reset
  1. Choose Reset Network Settings
  1. Enter your passcode
  1. Confirm Reset Network Settings

You and me both. After years of satisfaction this Co. does everything possible to ensure you cannot speak to anyone.

I recommend taking the Complaints route. It may not solve your problem but there is actually an individual to speak to.

Reception over last 3 months is simply unreliable. If you haven't moved yet, you should. If, that is, you can get a PAC Number. Good luck. If your text message is answered "Not recognised " - "Please contact us", your problems commence.

 CHAT BOX?  Don't waste your time. 

This is leading to an Ombudsman case. Happy Xmas & good luck in 2026.

Re response. Thank you.  Regrettably I have left for EE where OTPs arrive in seconds & not over the next hour or longer.
