Hi, do you have a package add on for making calls whilst on holiday in Australia back to the UK.

Hey there ​@JaneBezza, usually, it would cost out of contract charges for roaming in Australia. However, iD Mobile recently introduced one-time purchase add-ons for roaming in certain countries, which includes Australia. Please find more details below:

Therefore, you can either purchase add-ons specifically for roaming in Australia if you wish, which would be cheaper than out of contract charges. Or, you can increase the bill cap via the iD Mobile app to an amount you’re happy spending, to allow for calls, texts and data to work there.

    Hi ​@WelshPaul , thank you for the informative advice. ​@JaneBezza You can purchase add-ons in 1-day, 5-day, or 10-day durations with 2GB, 10GB, or 20GB of data, respectively. These add-ons are available to purchase before you travel, and you can check the iD Mobile website for the latest pricing.
