No, Mauritius isn’t included in iD Mobile Roaming.

If you wish to use your phone in Mauritius then use your internet search engine and search ‘best SIM deal when visiting mauritius’ which will give you the options available to choose from.

Once back in the UK, delete/remove the travel SIM and reinstate your iD Mobile SIM.

Mauritius isn't included in iD Mobile's roaming destinations, if you'd like to use your iD Mobile service while in Mauritius, you'll be charged at our standard roaming rates. To do this, you'll need to have a bill cap in place.

How to check or change your bill cap:

Log in to the iD Mobile app or your online account.
Go to Bills.
Select Manage Bill Cap.
You can adjust this using the slider or by entering an amount (between £0.00 and up to £75.00, depending on your account type).

*** Data is charged or deducted in one kilobyte (KB) increments and any part KB used will be rounded up to the nearest KB.

Because data is charged at £9.60 per MB, we'd usually recommend purchasing a local SIM or eSIM while you're in Mauritius, as this is likely to be much more cost-effective if you plan on using mobile data.
