Merging ID mobile accounts

I have two ID mobile plans using 2 email addresses. I would like to have them under just the one email address - is this possible?

What you can do is have all your iD Mobile accounts linked under one online account. You can do this by following the steps below:

ADD SECOND ACCOUNT

To add another account on the new app/website, please follow these steps:

Log into the account you are already registered for
On the Home screen, click on “View Plans” in the top right corner
Select “Add Subscription”
Enter the details linked to the second account

You may first need to deregister the existing online account before you can complete the above steps. Please try this first and let us know if it works.

If not, we can deregister the account for you to allow you to register again and access the online account successfully.
