messages problem, unable to send or receive

I cant send a message or receive to a radio to enter a competition,

We’re sorry to hear that you’re having trouble sending or receiving messages for the radio competition. We understand how frustrating this can be and we’re happy to help.

Messages sent to radio competitions are usually premium-rate (shortcode) messages, which are not included in your standard allowances and may be blocked depending on your settings.

To help resolve this, please try the following:

Check your Bill Cap: Ensure your bill cap is set above £0.00, as premium messages are chargeable
Increase your Bill Cap: You can do this in the iD Mobile app to allow these types of charges
Enable Premium SMS: Go to your phone settings and make sure Premium SMS access is set to “Always Allow”
Reset your network settings
Restart your device after making these changes

Once completed, please try again to see if the issue is resolved.
