Been with Id mobile since November and my mobile data has never worked, maybe had 3 days of decent service the whole time, i contacted Id mobile when i first got my phone about this issue but it was never escalated or resolved, which resulted in a formal complaint. Nearly a year on and my phone still doesn’t work without wifi connection. Any advice as i’m sick of paying £50 p/m for a phone that doesn’t work??!

My data doesn’t work! This hasn’t been great that most the time the data doesn’t work, it’s quite useless for me with no data.
I want to cancel my contract if it doesn’t work.
