Mobile data showing different GB totals

New to MobileID, And my mobile data displays only 2gb available total,

but i signed up for 110gb per month.

What do i do?

There's no need to worry. The two figures you're seeing are showing different information.

 

The 2GB shown within your handset settings is simply your device's own estimate or tracking of data usage and does not reflect your iD Mobile plan allowance.

 

Your iD Mobile plan allowance is shown separately within your iD Mobile account/app, and this is the figure that determines how much data you have available each month. Based on the information you've provided, your plan includes 110GB of data per month.

 

Your handset's data tracker can sometimes be reset, set to a different billing cycle, or display usage figures that differ from your actual network allowance. For the most accurate information regarding your remaining data, we would recommend checking the iD Mobile app or your online account.
