I went to go and buy a new contract today as I am on a pay monthly deal but it says I have to wait until 2nd November. Does anyone know why?

Hi ​@Luluball46  is this as a second contract along side your current one? Can I ask how long you have been with iD?

5 months. Thank you for your reply but I did speak to someone in the end. I can upgrade in November once it's been 6 months. Very frustrating as my phone screen is cracked and I am amazed that a monthly contract puts a hold on when you can upgrade.
