Hi

 

i am in Morocco and my monthly allowance is used up
 

I have paid my bill in full, is there anyway the allowance can now be reset?

if not I’ll need to migrate my number to another provider.

    I don’t need data roaming, I need to be able to receive calls. It seems you’re very limited on that front.
