Moving Esim to new phone

I have recently brought an eSIM however looking to change my phone, how can I move my eSIM to my new phone?

If you are moving to a new phone and would like to transfer your eSIM, you would need to access the iD Mobile app and request a new eSIM for the new handset.

 

To request a new eSIM on the app:

  • Log into the iD Mobile app
  • Go to “My Services”
  • Select “Replace SIM/eSIM”
  • Choose “eSIM”
  • Follow the on-screen verification steps
  • A new eSIM QR code/instructions will then be provided for activation on the new device

Please make sure:

  • The new handset is eSIM compatible
  • The handset is connected to Wi-Fi during setup

If you are unable to access the app or complete the request successfully, please contact our Live Chat Team or send us a direct message through our social media platforms, and an agent will be able to arrange for a new eSIM to be sent to you.
