Mukesh Karkey : How do I sign up for an eSIM with a mobile carrier?

Mukesh Karkey here, I have a new iphone 16 recently purchased i wnat to install e-sin in it . So how can i register with it . I also visit the network provider , but not got proper response . Please suggest proper steps.
