multiple faulty handsets

I've had my phone since November Ive had it replaced under manufacturers warranty once and now the replacement has developed a similar fault, is there any way to cancel the the contract early or get a different model I can't keep sending this off every couple of weeks I've only had the replacement for 4 days! Phone is a pixel 10 pro fold I think the handset is from carphone, feels like I'm paying a bit monthly for a phone that should never have been released for sale

It has been dead pixels in the inner screen both times, first phone lasted about 35 days the second has lasted around five I suspect a fault on the hinge on the second one as it seems to rubbing the built in screen protector off?, so the first lot was like a small black blob with a green line from the top right hand side of the inner screen and the second is a small black line in the middle of the scree coming from the top hinge
