my bill is always £36.99 a month but for some reason being told my bill is £51.37 this month. I have not gone over my allowance.  How can I contact a human to speak to?

Hi there @Tina wynn, sorry to hear that.

Your bill can change due to numerous factors, such as:

    1. Have you recently changed your plan or upgraded?
    2. Have you recently changed your direct debit date?
    3. Have you been abroad roaming, or out/near the sea recently?
    4. Have you used out of contract charges such as MMS messages, premium text messages etc?
    5. Have you used more than your regular calls, texts or data allowances?

To speak to a human, we’re happy to help here, or you can ask to speak to an agent via our live-chat, or speak to us via our social media pages on Facebook and Twitter/X.

    Thanks,

    Tyler
