Thank you for your question. Your unlimited calling plan applies to all standard calls, but premium-rate calls are capped.

If you would like to use chargeable or premium services, you will need to increase your bill cap in your account. This will allow you to make those calls without restrictions.

Hi - I’m having the same problem and I have increased my bill by making an add on payment of 200 additional minutes, but I still cannot call the number I need.

Can you please tell me what error message you receive when you try to call the number you need?

Also, could you please try a mobile network reset and then attempt to make a call again afterwards?

Mobile Network Reset

Apple:

Open Settings
Tap General
Tap Transfer or Reset iPhone
Tap Reset
Select Reset Network Settings
Confirm Reset Network Settings
Return to the Home Screen
Restart the phone

Android:

Swipe down from the top-right of the screen
Tap the Settings icon
Tap General management
Tap Reset
Tap Reset mobile network settings
Tap Reset settings
Tap Reset
Tap Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings
Tap Reset settings
Return to the Home Screen
Restart the phone

After completing the steps, please try making a call again and let us know if the issue continues.
