My celluar roaming data isnt working?

I’ve just recently started my new contact with ID mobile with the main attraction being the 52 roaming destinations. I have come away and my data just doesn’t seem to work. I have activated it in my app it says roaming is turned on however when I turn my data on it shows no 5g or 4g sign next to the moviestair provider at the top. I am currently in Majorca part of Spain can someone please help me with this issue.
