I recently had my Pixel 9 Pro XL repaired, and since then, my eSIM has disappeared from the menu. When I attempt to 'Reset Mobile Network' to erase the non-functional SIM, I receive a 'Something went wrong' error message. I spoke to an agent who sent me a new ESIM code,  I tried to download that eSIM via QR code or manual activation code fail to pull through.

Hi @Sanji

I can appreciate how frustrating it is, especially after a repair when your eSIM has completely stopped working and the reset options are failing.

From what you’ve described, it sounds like your original eSIM profile was likely wiped during the repair/reset process, and the new eSIM you’ve been issued is not currently downloading onto the device properly. That’s why both the QR code and manual activation are failing.

What to do next

Because this now needs deeper account and network support, please contact us directly so we can escalate and reset the eSIM properly for you:

Our team there will be able to:

  • Fully reset the eSIM on your account
  • Reissue a fresh activation profile
  • Ensure it correctly downloads onto your device
