My Google Pixel 10 Pro can't access the internet

I'm 58 years old and bought a new Google Pixel 10 Pro on the 2nd of last month. Everything worked fine initially, but since yesterday afternoon, I've been unable to access gambling websites. It seems the FlashGet Kids app is installed on my phone, blocking my access. I don't know when it was installed, nor do I know how to disable it.

I visited FlashGet Kids' official website: https://parental-control.flashget.com/

But there doesn't seem to be any instructions for uninstalling it. How can I access gambling websites again?

It's one of my hobbies, and I really enjoy gambling. What should I do?

Hi @barroncc,

I am so sorry for that. Please remove the adult filter from your app:

Log in to your iD Mobile account through the app or by visiting the iD Mobile website.
Navigate to the Plan section.
Select Manage iD Services.
Click on Adult Content Filter.
Toggle the switch to off.
Scroll down and click Save.
Restart your phone to ensure the changes take effect.
If you are a pay-as-you-go customer or cannot find the option
Call customer service on 7777 from your iD phone.
Or call from any other phone on 0333 003 7777 (charges from other networks may vary).
Explain that you want to remove the adult content filter.
